Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be NOT have been dowloaded or in case of Physical shipment, unopened with the original seal intact.
Please make your purchases carefully. As of September 01, 2019. returns we no longer accept the “Wrong product ordered” Status or claim for a return. Any such return will be denied. Accordingly, duplicate purchases will be denied as of March 01, 2023
Additional non-returnable items:
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase by providing your order number and the reason for your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at contact@mmptv.net .
